The Macmillan Information and Support Centre is located at Southend Hospital and is a drop-in centre offering information and support to anybody affected by cancer. Services provided include information & support from trained Nurses and Volunteers, Relaxation classes, Complementary therapies, Nutritionist advise, seated yoga, Cancer support group, Look Good Feel Better workshops, Cancer Hair Care, Wig service, Nicola Jane Bra fitting service, psychological support, access to Counselling services, Welfare and benefits support. Elevenses Cancer Support Group meets every Tuesday from 11am - 12pm in the Macmillan Information & Support Centres at the hospital.
